***Tatiana will also share tips (5 tips) on how to create more energy for yourself.
Energy is defined as “the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.” It’s your most valuable, renewable resource. We gain energy by eating nurturing foods and drinking vibrant beverages that support our physical health.
Even more critical to energy, are the relationships we choose to engage in, career satisfaction, physical exercise, and a fulfilling spiritual practice.

Tatiana is a Holistic Health Coach with Knead Peace Wellness, a Licensed Massage Therapist, RYT200 Yoga Instructor, & Reiki Master.
Her entire life and purpose is based around a balanced life for energy & vitality, Great tasting food that is perfectly aligned for each individual to match their energy needs is her passion.
